ISyE Connections
ISyE Connections is a sister organization of UW IISE dedicated to building meaningful mentorship relationships within the Industrial and Systems Engineering community.

Our Purpose
ISyE Connections is a mentorship-focused organization that connects students and early-career alumni with mentors who share similar interests, experiences, and aspirations in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Our goal is to help participants build strong professional networks and create an environment that fosters growth, opportunity, and career development both during undergrad and after graduation. Through mentorship and regular communication, we aim to support students as they explore academic pathways, internships, and full-time careers.

ISyE Mentorship Program
The ISyE Mentorship Program pairs mentees with mentors based on shared interests, career goals, and experiences. Mentors may include upperclassmen, graduate students, and alumni working in industry.

Mentorship pairs are encouraged to meet regularly throughout the semester to discuss career paths, academic decisions, professional development, and opportunities. Participants will also receive periodic check-in emails to help ensure mentorship pairs are connecting and benefiting from the program.

The program is designed to create meaningful connections that strengthen the ISyE community and support participants at every stage of their academic and professional journey.
