Travel Recommendations

We recommend getting to Madison Thursday, February 6th at night if you're coming from outside of Wisconsin. The conference starts at 9am on Friday morning. Additionally, the conference ends around 8pm on Saturday, February 8th, so you might want to leave Sunday (and maybe explore the city of Madison before you go?)

Hotel Information

We have reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the Best Western Plus InnTower Madison. Limited rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. 

 

Standard Double Queen rooms are available at $110 per night from February 6 to 8 (3 nights). Book your room by January 16, 2025, after which rooms are subject to availability. Check in is at 3pm, and check out is at 12pm.

  • Complimentary shuttle service within a 2-mile radius from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM

  • One complimentary parking space per room per night, with additional spaces available for $20 daily (based on availability)

  • Located right by a bunch of city bus routes

    • Route C - $2 per single ride/$5 per day​

    • Route 80 & 82 - Operate free of charge
